2004 Delegation
In 2004 student and anti-war activists from Minnesota, Illinois, and Connecticut went on the CAN delegation to Colombia. They were hosted by the oil worker's union (USO), the Cimitarra River Valley Peasant Association, and REINICIAR (a human rights organization) to investigate the impact of Plan Colombia. They went to Bogotá, Barrancabermeja, the Magdelena Medio region, and the department of Arauca.
